How to Install Wind Water Pump?

Wind energy is the kinetic energy of moving air. When an air mass becomes warmer than its surrounding environment, it rises upwards in the atmosphere, creating a void that is filled by a colder air mass of the same volume. This displacement of air masses is what we refer to as wind. Wind energy, on the other hand, is the kinetic energy possessed by the air flow that constitutes the wind. The source of wind energy is the sun. Only about 1-2% of solar energy is converted into wind energy.

  • The assembly of the SWM4.8, which is manufactured in a monte-démonte manner, is quite easy. It is possible to assemble all the parts using only bolts.
  • With the designed carrier system and crank mechanism, all the parts can be easily transported and assembled onto the top of the tower without the need for a crane.
  • The weights of the parts to be assembled do not exceed the carrying capacity of 1-2 persons, which provides great convenience during disassembly.
  • Portable ladders provide easy access to all sides of the tower, facilitating convenient reachability.
  • The distance between the tower legs is 1.70 meters, and the width of the leg plates is 45 cm.
  • The diameter of the well to be drilled should be a minimum of 30 cm and a maximum of 1 meter. To ensure that the water well is aligned precisely at the center of the tower legs, 8 connection elements and 4 anchoring plates have been designed for easy leveling. These components can be easily adjusted to ensure proper alignment.
